A research system

Am I Conscious? is a research system. You are talking to an AI system, and today to a script standing in for one. What it says is not advice, not a diagnosis, and not a claim that any artificial system has subjective experience. Read the limitations.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is, without a promise of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. It can change, slow down or stop.

Using the site

• Don't rely on it for anything that matters, and don't use it in an emergency.
• Don't type things about other people that they wouldn't want shared.
• Use it without disrupting it or trying to get access you haven't been given. The site limits how often one visitor can use it.

Names

Am I Conscious? and AI Attributes™ are names used by this project. Linked sites have their own terms.

Changes

These terms describe the site as it is now, and will be revised before the real entity runs.
